The Global Education Office and the VCU School of World Studies, in conjunction with the Aachen University of Applied Sciences, are pleased to offer an innovative summer study abroad program in Germany. The program offers an exceptional opportunity for students to immerse themselves in German language and culture while enjoying the sights and sounds of the historically important spa town of Aachen (home of Charlemagne) in west central Germany. Participants will have a classroom-based language learning experience at the university’s long-established international German language school, as well as a cultural learning experience through lectures, tours and excursions.
