Stop Smoking program presented by Dr. Linda Hancock on June 10 at noon

Would you like to learn more about how to quit smoking?
Then join us on Thursday, June 10, 2010 from noon to 1 pm as Dr. Linda Hancock presents “New and Exciting Ways to Beat Tobacco: Stuff You Never Thought About.”

Stress Journaling program on May 20 in observance of National Mental Health Month

Visit the Community Health Education Center this month to see our display on stress, and how it can affect mental health and well-being. Pick up tips on how to reduce and manage stress.
Join us on Thursday, May 20, 2010 from noon to 1 pm to hear Dr. Victoria Menzies speak about the benefits of stress journaling.
