December 4: Tips for Coping with Holiday Stress

Please join us on Tuesday, December 4 at noon as Dr. Sandra Barker presents “Tips for Coping with Holiday Stress.”

Stress and depression can ruin your holidays and hurt your health.  Being realistic, planning ahead, and seeking support can help ward off stress and depression.  Dr. Barker, from the VCU Department of Psychiatry, will present practical tips to minimize the stress that accompanies the holidays.  Dr. Barker is a Professor and Director of the VCU Center for Human-Animal Interaction.  Therapy dogs from the Dogs on Call program will be joining her for this presentation!
