March 26: Colorectal Cancer

March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.

Join Khalid Matin, M.D., here in the Community Health Education Center, at noon on March 26 for a presentation on colorectal cancer.

Dr. Matin is Medical Director of Community Oncology and Clinical Research Affiliations, and an oncologist at VCU Massey Cancer Center specializing in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancers. He will discuss prevention, screening guidelines, treatment options, survivorship, and research advances in colorectal cancer.

After the presentation, there will be time for questions and discussion. The event is free, but space is limited and advance registration is preferred. Refreshments will be provided.
