Please join us on Thursday, May 1 at noon for “Improving Eating and Physical Activity Habits” presented by Karen E. Stewart, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist, VCU Health System.
She will present information and strategies to help us improve these challenging and often hard-to-break bad habits.

Light refreshments will be provided.   Space is limited and registration is required.
