The Community Health Education Center, located on the ground floor of the VCU Medical Center Gateway Building, hosts 30 minute mindfulness meditation sessions Wednesday, Aug. 16 at noon and 12:30 pm. Sessions are led by Georgianne Ginder, MSc, CHWC, VCU Department of Arts in Healthcare. Space is limited.
