Dec. 13 & 15: Mindfulness Meditation

The Community Health Education Center, located on the ground floor of the VCU Medical Center Gateway Building, hosts 30 minute mindfulness meditation sessions Wednesday, December 13 and Friday, December 15 at noon and 12:30 pm. Sessions are led by Georgianne Ginder, MSc, CHWC, VCU Department of Arts in Healthcare. Space is limited.
