HR Majors looking for Internships

A note from Dr. Marianne Miller:
Is your major in HRM?
Will you be a senior at the end of the Spring 2009 semester?
Do you have a GPA of 3.0 or higher?
Are you interested in having a paid summer internship for which you could receive 3 credits through MGMT 493? This would qualify as an approved HR elective in your major.
If you answered “YES” to all of the above questions, you could be considered for a summer HR internship with the Virginia Community College System. This is a great opportunity to (1) gain career-related experience, (2) get paid while you gain that experience, and (3) complete an approved HR elective during the summer, when electives are rarely available.
Please send Dr. Marianne Miller (mmiller@vcu.edu) your resume as an e-mail attachment if you are interested. She will be sharing resumes with Dr. Jon Ackley, who coordinates MGMT 493 for the Department of Management.
