Reports to: 
Information Technology Manager 
o The Information Systems Coordinator reports directly to the Information Technology Manager and supports the Director of Academic Technology and the Director of Facilities. 

Position Summary: 
St. Christopher’s School seeks a well-rounded professional for the position of Information Systems Coordinator. This is a new position at St. Christopher’s and serves to bridge and maintain the data integrity of the many academic and nonacademic systems which the school’s constituents rely on for day to day operations. 

Principal Responsibilities: 
• Ongoing systems management. 
o Management and updating of student / employee information in systems database; 
o Management and updating of student / employee information in access control database; 
 Door access programming, scheduling, generating reports, etc. 
 Service as POC with Open Options for troubleshooting and maintenance of server and client software upgrades as needed. 
 Coordinate repair of door access control hardware with vendor or facilities. 
 Encode and test cards with access control and manage accordingly. 
 Regular testing and maintenance of all campus access controls. 
 St. Catherine’s girls cards manually entered. 
o Management, updating and ongoing distribution and replacement of identification access cards; 
 Photograph employees for ID cards. 
 Card production. 
 Card delivery / replacement. 
 Serve as POC with Blackboard for troubleshooting and maintenance of server and client software upgrades as needed. 
 Declining balance program. 
o Primary point of contact for campus internal and external event coordination and all related space needs; 
 Serve as POC for scheduling spaces and overall organization. 
 Online calendars of these spaces. 
 Event access controls. 
 Coordinate schedules with Gary’s team. 
o Management and support of point of sale systems including dining, café, bookstore; 
 Serve as POC with our dining, bookstore and cafe point of sale system. 
 Maintain and manage terminals. 
 Help train users as needed. 
 Declining balance. 
o Management, support and monitoring of campus sign-in visitation system; 
o Management, support and monitoring of campus video surveillance system; 
 Serve as POC with Salient for troubleshooting and maintenance of server and client software upgrades as needed. 
 Review campus and buildings and make recommendations for possible future expansion. 
 Regular testing and reviewing of video footage. 
 Coordinate and manage vendor related activities. 
• System research and recommendation. 
o Grow systems. 
• Systems deployment and coordination. 
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

• BlackBaud: student and faculty/staff information system. 
• G+ Suite: Google Collaboration and Communication Tools.
• Blackboard/Cardsmith: Campus ID Card System. 
• Open Options access control system. 
• Salient Video Surveillance System. 
• ODIN: Point of Sale in the Bookstore, Cafe, and Dining Hall. 
• Raptor: Campus visitor management system. 
• Cooper mass notification speaker towers. 
• Other systems as assigned.

Experience managing systems preferred 
Access Control experience preferred 
Ability to train and instruct others 
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills 
Organized and self starter 
Able to work independently and meet deadlines 
Working knowledge of Microsoft
