Migration from Lotus Notes to Google has been started for Technology Services/User Services staff.
Lotus Notes database maintenance was performed prior to the migration – which included archiving items that were older than 5/31/2011 and running preventive server maintenance to insure a smooth migration!
Google Message Security settings have been modified to allow all traffic from the university’s Ironport servers.
Working with TS/Web Services staff to streamline some pre-migration processes including scripts for uploading data to the redirector, and to issue for the initial IMAP password sync.
