Google Groups have been created for use by School of Pharmacy as well as Room Resources. Data from the existing Room Reservation database has been migrated into Google calendars in preparation for the migration of Pharmacy faculty and staff which begins tomorrow – August 1, 2012.
Shared contacts have been modified to include only active students and faculty/staff to insure that the contact lists falls within the 50,000 limit imposed by Google.
