All students are required to attend at least three Berglund Honors Seminars each semester. These seminars feature speakers from VCU and the Richmond community and cover diverse and interesting topics. In order to receive first day registration privileges, students must attend at least two seminars by mid-semester. The Honors College will be checking passports to verify that you have attended at least two seminars on a specific date before honors registration begins. Look for this date to be announced sometime in September in the Weekly Update and Honors Blog. A list of Honors Seminars can be found on the Honors College website under Upcoming Events (http://www.honors.vcu.edu/calendar/Default.aspx). Seminars for the upcoming weeks will also be announced in the Honors College Weekly Updates each Monday. Keep in mind that seminars begin next week and will conclude in early December, before the last week of classes.
