Video Production Specialist
A visual communications company in the Washington, DC area seeks a
well-rounded video production specialist.  The ideal candidate will be
comfortable working with HD cameras (both ENG and DSLR styles). The applicant
should be familiar with tapeless acquisition (P2 experience is a plus).  To
succeed in this position the candidate must be flexible, punctual and highly
dependable.  The job responsibilities include the following tasks:

  • Grip and Production Assistant Duties
  • Studio camera
  • Field videography
  • Audio recording
  • Studio and equipment management and maintenance
  • Archiving of video and audio captures
  • Scheduling crews
  • Assisting producers as needed
  • Duties other assigned

This is
an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate.

Interactive and Motion Graphics Specialist
A visual communications company in the Washington, DC area seeks a
well-rounded interactive and motion graphics specialist. The ideal candidate
will have experience with web design, graphic design, and motion graphics
design. This is a junior position and will report to a senior designer.  The
applicant should be familiar with both Mac and Windows OS. The job
responsibilities include the following tasks:

  • Web programming (Experience with RSS, HTML5, and WordPress
    desired)
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects,
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver)
  • Additional skills not required, but a plus (Final Cut Pro,
    Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D)
  • Archiving of Projects and Assets
  • Footage and project research as needed
  • Assisting designers and producers as needed
  • Duties other assigned

This is
