(Summer Job) Supervisor, Career Readiness; Excel Management Services. APPLY NOW!
Objective: Work directly with youth ages 14 – 19 to prepare them for the workplace. Email or fax resume: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Teach work readiness skills in weekly workshops, adapting curriculum to participants 2. Comply with all program documentation regulations, including timely submission of all required paperwork (case notes, student time sheets, etc.) 3. Prepare periodic reports on program outcomes for Summer Program Operations Manager 4. Serve as liaison to Work Site Supervisors for Summer Youth Interns 5. Other duties as assigned Reports to: Summer Operations Manager Work Schedule: 25-30 Hours per Week, Mon- Fri, Saturday (optional training) Wage: Job Supervisor, $14.00/hour 1. You must be a college graduate who has student taught or a graduate studnt with teaching experience. Driving Responsibilities: This is an initiative with the City of Richmond.

4. Experience in workforce development, case management, career planning, or related field preferred

Summer Marketing/Sales Reps – Paid Housing
This is a full-time summer position with career opportunities for the right people. Reps will be responsible for marketing the services of a local trash and recycling company in areas where the customers have the right to choose their hauler. Applicants should be outgoing, posses good communication skills, strong work effort, be aggressive, and interested gaining excellent work experience.
Your typical day would be Mon-Fri 1-8p and Sat 10a-4p. The day would start out with a meeting at the office where we will train, turn in sales, and go over any direction from the client. From there you would go out to your assigned area and proceed to contact potential customers. You will be offering a better rate and free months of service. Some areas we will be marketing a totally new idea, rewards based recycling. Pay is based on your sales, but we do offer a modest base to get you started. Reps will average 5-6 sales per day and make $750-1000 per week.
When you are not working you will be able to relax in style. Your housing will be paid for the summer. We put you up in furnished luxury apartments. Typically there will be pools, a gym, be close to shopping and nightlife.
