Bb Collaborate Service Notification – Web Conferencing

We received the following bulletin from Blackboard:

Web Conferencing and SAS users may experience the following symptoms:

We have received reports of users getting the following message when accessing sessions or using SAS, “The Blackboard Collaborate service you are trying to access is currently unavailable while the system is undergoing maintenance.”

This issue appears to be intermittent.

Workaround: Relaunching the Web Conferencing session or restarting your SAS session should resolve the issue.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused and will continue to work towards restoring service to full capacity as soon as possible.
