Blackboard Mobile Learn Central Service (MLCS) institution lookup not functioning – RESOLVED
We received the following bulletin from Blackboard:
This issue was resolved (at approximately 12:35pm PDT) and was traced to a network connectivity problem to a database server. The Mobile Learn Central Service should be functioning normally now. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a support case for further assistance.
We are experiencing an outage on the Mobile Learn Central Service. This affects the institution picker for users as well as Analytics for administrators.
Users who have previously connected and have cached sessions should continue to function.
Blackboard Mobile Operations is currently investigating the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused and will continue to work towards restoring service to full capacity as soon as possible.
