UPDATE: Blackboard course enrollments have been restored.  We are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue, but all students should be able to access their courses, and resume normal activities in Blackboard. Enrollment Issue RESOLVED »

The enrollment problem affecting withdrawals in Blackboard is now resolved. Due to underlying database issues, and the potential for disruption of all Blackboard enrollments, the troublshooting and resolution had to be handled very cautiously.  We appreciate your patience, and if you do experience any further issues, please report them to the VCU he . . .

The VCU Learning Systems team and Blackboard Support staff continue to work to resolve the issue. While we know this issue affects only a small number customers at VCU, we understand for those people, this issue is a nuisance and needs to be resolved. Please be assured we are continuing to work on this issue with an eye towards resolution before the wee . . .

Blackboard Enrollments »

Blackboard is experiencing enrollment issues affecting withdrawn students.  Work to resolve the issue began at 5:30pm yesterday (8/22).  We are continuing our efforts this morning, and are working with Blackboard Engineers to resolve this as quickly as possible.  Updates will be posted here as they become available. . . .
