Starting Sunday, November 19, around 12:24 PM, the EchoSystem Server started having intermittent errors, bringing the ESS down. It was down again around 8PM the same evening. The Echo360 production system will be upgraded from version 5.5 sp9 to 5.5 sp15 on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, between the hours of 5:30am and 7:30am. The system will be unavailable during this time.
