March 28, 2017 – Important: PA Deck Lease Cancellation

Due to recent rate increases, Virginia Commonwealth University Parking and Transportation can no longer retain its lease at the PA Deck. Beginning on Saturday, April 29, 2017, VCU parking permits will no longer be honored at this facility.

If you would like to continue parking at the PA Deck, please contact Lanier Parking directly at 804-225-1336 to coordinate payment; however, you will need to return your existing VCU parking permit to customer service so that we may process your cancellation.  If you wish to continue parking through our system, you are welcome to continue your subscription in one of our newly acquired facilities—the RTD Deck.

Located at 300 East Franklin Street, the RTD Deck adjoins the Richmond Times Dispatch building in the heart of downtown.  This facility offers enhanced security, upgraded maintenance, proximate distance to the Franklin and Fourth Street transit stop, and is but a short ride to Sanger Hall on the Campus Connector.  The monthly rate for parking at the RTD Deck is $74.50 (or $37.25 per pay period).

If you would like to relocate to the RTD Deck, please reply to this email with your name and employee number no later than Monday, April 10.  We will then begin to process your new permit for this facility and will contact you directly with additional instructions.  Please note, we cannot guarantee RTD Deck space availability for requests made after April 10.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we make this transition.  As always, if you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact customer service at 828-PARK (7275).
