Summer RamRide Schedule

RamRide will have a schedule change during the summer semester beginning Sunday, May 12 through Sunday, August 11.

There will be no transit service on Thursday, July 4.

The following schedules will be in effect:

Sunday, May 12 through Sunday, August 11:

VCU Campus Connector: Service will begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at 7:00 p.m. (No weekend service)
VCU Medical Center Route – I Lot: Service will begin at 5:30 a.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
VCU Sanger Express – A lot: Service will begin at 5:00 a.m. and end at 8:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Monday, August 12:

All routes resume normal schedules

Groome Transportation will begin operating VCU’s transit services on the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses beginning Sunday, July 1.

VCU Parking and Transportation is excited to announce that Groome Transportation will begin operating VCU’s transit services on the Monroe Park and MCV Campuses beginning Sunday, July 1. A temporary fleet of white, VCU branded buses will operate all routes (Campus Connector, Medical Center Route, Sanger Express-A Lot) uninterrupted. A new custom manufactured fleet equipped with GPS capabilities and more amenities will start on Thursday, November 1. VCU will continue to partner with GRTC for the Student Transit Pass program.

VCU Campus Connector – Route 84

VCU offers a free transit service from the Monroe Park Campus to the MCV Campus, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. and on the weekends from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. You must show your VCUCard in order to ride the bus for free. Transit stops are located throughout both campuses and each stop is serviced every 10-15 minutes.
