NEW LOCATION for MCV Campus Parking Customer Service Office

Starting May 1, the Parking and Transportation Customer Service office on the MCV Campus will be located on the first level of the Eighth Street Deck. Customers can access the office from both inside and outside of the deck, which is located at 659 N. 8th St. Office hours will be 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To speak with a customer service representative, call VCU-PARK (828-7275).

This new office will have the following features:
     – Free 30-minute on-site parking available for parking customer service visitors in the Eighth Street Deck
     – Computer terminals in the lobby so customers can access needed information without standing in line
     – Handicapped accessibility into the building and counters built at wheelchair height

New Hours for VCU Parking Customer Service Offices

The VCU Parking and Transportation customer service offices will have longer hours, beginning Friday, May 1. The Monroe Park Campus office, located at 1108 W. Broad Street, will operate from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The MCV Campus office, located on the first floor of the Eight Street Deck at 659 N. 8th Street, will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
