Starting May 1, the Parking and Transportation Customer Service office on the MCV Campus will be located on the first level of the Eighth Street Deck. Customers can access the office from both inside and outside of the deck, which is located at 659 N. 8th St. Office hours will be 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To speak with a customer service representative, call VCU-PARK (828-7275).
This new office will have the following features:
– Free 30-minute on-site parking available for parking customer service visitors in the Eighth Street Deck
– Computer terminals in the lobby so customers can access needed information without standing in line
– Handicapped accessibility into the building and counters built at wheelchair height
