The Davis Phinney Foundation wants to honor a hero in your Parkinson’s community!

The Victory Summit®. in Richmond on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center will feature the Local Hero Award, a special recognition of someone living with or connected to Parkinson’s disease who is determined to celebrate moments of victory in their lives and inspires others to do the same.

To nominate a Local Hero, please email the Davis Phinney Foundation at events@davisphinneyfoundation.org or send a letter to The Davis Phinney Foundation, Attn: Local Hero Program, 4676 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304.
