The 4th Annual Reasons for HOPE for anyone affected by ET workshop is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2013, 1:30 – 5:00 PM at the Tuckahoe Library Meeting Room.
Participants will learn about area resources, practical coping tips and deep brain stimulation for ET.
The agenda includes:
-Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for ET presented by Kathryn Holloway, MD (neurosurgeon)
-DBS Question and Answer Panel featuring individuals who have had the procedure and their carepartners
-Living well with ET - practical tips sessions presented by
Jeffrey Hoder, PT, DPT, NCS (physical therapist)
Heather Kloepping, OT (occupational therapist)

I have essential tremor and was interested in coming to the seminar. I saw the information in yesterdays newspaper (4/3/2013)and when I went to register tonight and it is closed. How often do you have these seminars because I would like to come to one of them. Thank You

We have at least one day-long essential tremor seminar each year. We also host shorter seminars throughout the year that may be of interest to those impacted by essential tremor.
