LMR is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to provide day to day administrative support to the staff. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparing correspondence/mailings, answering and directing phone calls, attending meetings and taking minutes
Data entry, basic bookkeeping, processing donations and preparing and sending acknowledgments
Assisting in logistics/material preparation for events and programs, coordinating registration processes for events and programs
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, database experience preferred, strong verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude and able to work well independently as well as a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment, punctual and
dependable, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and anticipate next steps needed, high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Bookkeeping (AR/AP) experience a plus.
