For more than 15 years, Wilkerson’s Consultants, Inc. has been committed to changing the lives of at-risk youth, one child at a time! Wilkerson’s Consultants Inc. offers Intensive In-Home Counseling, Therapeutic Day Treatment and Therapeutic Mentoring Services. Wilkerson’s Consultants works diligently to provide support for at-risk youth that have serious mental, emotional and behavioral problems that present challenges in the home, school and community. It is our goal to help our clients prepare for success so they can experience a life free from dysfunction and institutional dependency. Wilkerson’s Consultants Inc. is expanding our programs and need additional professional staff who are dedicated, experienced, and want a career opportunity to make a difference in the lives of at-risk youth.
Full-Time and Part-Time Job Openings
Intensive In-Home is designed to be a short-term medically necessary mental health service that provides therapeutic interventions for client and their family. The service provides life skills activities, behavior management, parent education, crisis intervention and case management that supports permanency goals. Services are person centered, family focused and foster safe connections in their community.
Therapeutic Day Treatment
Therapeutic Day Treatment is a school based service that provides a model of positive behavioral interventions and supports to at-risk students. Wilkerson’s Consultants counselors assist the student to process and manage stressors associated with peer interactions, teacher / student dynamics and academic challenges. Wilkerson’s Consultants work to strengthen home and school partnerships through participation in school and community events, IEP meetings, faculty meetings, and different school committee that support the school and promotes a positive learning environment.
Therapeutic Day Treatment is offered after school and during the summer. Therapeutic Day Treatment Service provides a full day of activity based treatment programs in a fun filled and therapeutic environment. Youth continue to work on their treatment goals in their Individual Service Plan while having fun.
Qualified candidates have a Bachelor degree, Masters Degree preferred and have a minimum of 1-year clinical experience working with at-risk-youth. The following degrees are accepted:
