What’s the challenge?

  • Attend 12 or more group exercise classes between December 1 and 20 and receive a small prize!
  • You will also have the chance to win the grand prize of one FREE personal fitness training package, including three exercise sessions.
  • When you attend a class make sure to tell your instructor that you are participating in the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge.
