Welcome back from Spring Break! Here are some of the tasks you need to complete during our ninth week.

Tom Grasty (@TomGrasty), co-founder of the video-editing platform Stroome and winner of a Knight Newschallenge Grant, skyped into our class Tuesday to discuss an iPadJournos tool kit of the best photo, video and audio apps. Students gave feedback on the apps and online platforms they experimented with and Grasty gave further suggestions.

The midterm exam will be posted in our Facebook group on Feb. 26. It has three questions that you have to answer in essay format. You need to e-mail your answers by March 12, 9 a.m.
