[UPDATE] Classroom Clickers Not Compatible WIth New Blackboard Version (5/22/12)

Update – 5/23/12: Yesterday we were informed by eInstruction, the vendor for CPS clickers, that their current plug-in is not compatible with Blackboard 9.1. They released a new plug-in yesterday, which has been installed on Blackboard production this morning.

Any instructors who had previously registered their Summer or Fall Blackboard courses for CPS clicker use, will need to re-register them.

Additionally, any students that had registered their CPS clickers in Summer or Fall Blackboard courses will need to re-register them.

eInstruction has assured us that students should be able to re-register without issue and without being prompted to pay. If you should have problems at all, please contact them at 888-333-4988 and let them know you are from VCU, and they should be able to assist you.
