Email Delivery Delayed »

We have been advised of a delivery delay of some emails due to a slowdown on one of the 8 Cisco Cloud Email Security Appliances that scans and routes all incoming email.  Cisco is aware of this issue and has taken steps to assure no further email is queued on this appliance and will clear and route pending mail as soon as possible. . . .

Echo360 Maintenance Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 3:00-6:00 am »

The Echo360 System will be unavailable Tuesday, November 1, 2016, from 3:00am until 6:00am for emergency maintenance.  All functions of the Echo360 system will be unavailable during this maintenance period to diagnose a recurring hardware issue with the server.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the VCU IT Support Center at 828-222 . . .

Central Authentication Service (CAS) Application Update (11/1/16) »

VCU Technology Services will be updating the Central Authentication Service (CAS) Tuesday morning, November 1, between 6a.m and 8a.m. During this time, users may potentially lose their CAS Single Sign On session 30 seconds before and after the update. Remote Site Network Maintenance Scheduled For Tuesday Morning (10/18/16) »

Fiber optic cable maintenance is scheduled to be performed on 10/18/16 from 12:01AM - 06:00AM.  This cable provides one of two pathways VCU has to the Internet. Internal and external network connections to VCU will not be impacted during this maintenance. Remote sites identified below will have marginal network access: Inova Campus, 3300 Gallo . . .
