VCU Technology Services has scheduled upgrades for Banner on Friday, December 2, 2016 between 6P.M. and 9P.M.
Upgrades will be applied Friday to Production Banner.
The system will be unavailable from 6 pm to approximately 9 pm.
Following this work, the next Production Banner upgrades will be applied Wednesday, January 4th at 6 pm.

UPDATE: Network connectivity has been restored.
We have detected a network outage at 1110 E. Broad Street, Hunton Hall on MCV campus. Fiber connectivity to this building has been lost. Engineers are working on-site, tracing fiber and testing for faulty equipment.

We have been advised of a delivery delay of some emails due to a slowdown on one of the 8 Cisco Cloud Email Security Appliances that scans and routes all incoming email. Cisco is aware of this issue and has taken steps to assure no further email is queued on this appliance and will clear and route pending mail as soon as possible. . . .
