It’s hard to deny how beautiful VCU’s campus looks when covered in a blanket of snow. In fact, most of us here in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions were excited about the prospect of wintry weather this season. We weren’t so excited, however, when Mother Nature decided to interfere with one of our biggest events of the spring – Open House.
As most of you know, the Open House that was scheduled for prospective students and their families on February 6, 2010 was cancelled due to inclement weather. After some rearranging and re-planning, we are happy to announce that our spring Open House has been rescheduled for February 27, 2010.
It’s our hope that the snow will have melted and Mother Nature will cooperate so we will be able to show off all that VCU has to offer! Open House is a wonderful way to learn more about what VCU offers academically, meet some of our faculty and staff, take tours of campus and resident halls, and attend information sessions that range on topics from financial aid to housing. All in all, Open House is a great way to find out if becoming a Ram is the right choice for you! You can find out more information about Open House and RSVP at the following Web site: www.ugrad.vcu.edu/openhouse.
As always, our entire staff will be at Open House to answer your questions. We look forward to meeting you and your family!
