Financial Aid deadlines are rapidly approaching!

Hello Prospective Rams and Families,

This is a reminder that the priority deadline to apply for federal financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA is this Sunday, March 1! You can begin your application by clicking here. Applying for financial aid can seem like a long and difficult task but it doesn’t have to be and the assistance can go a long way in making college an affordable and attainable goal!

If you are still feeling overwhelmed about the idea, VCU is definitely here to help! The VCU Office of Financial Aid has an awesome online tool with hundreds of videos that answer many of the questions you probably have about Financial Aid. From information about the difference between grants and loans to using veteran’s benefits to the cost of attendance, these awesome videos can definitely help to make the experience as easy as possible. As decisions are going out, we’re delighted that many of our newest Rams want to share the excitement of being admitted to VCU with friends and family through social media. We also enjoy seeing the pictures of newly admitted Rams!
