sit.  relax.  look at the colors.  breathe in 4 counts, release 4 counts.  repeat.  breathe in 4 counts, release 4 counts.  repeat.  breathe in 4 counts, release 4 counts.  repeat.  breathe in 4 counts, release 4 counts.  give thanks.  and return to your moment.

you are an amazing person of resilience and strength.
you have within you all you need to succeed, and you know when to seek resources outside your strengths when you have need.
you are amazing.

as a practice of tuning your attention ::

print the color circles.  play with the page as you name what sparks delight, joy, or adds color to your life this moment.  you may require a few breaths before words come. take your time.  add as many in this moment as come easily.  you can return to your circles as often as you wish, filling them up over minutes, hours, or days.
